Flash Fiction Friday

Advizor has pulled the plug. An exercise that I have participated in for 5 years is now fading softly into the night.  RIP. Probably a good thing, as I don’t feel much like writing at the moment.

Slip softly into the night ahead of Terry Pratchett, and keep the light on for my aunt, who is hovering on the edge.

Holding you, your family and your aunt in my heart, may she decide to slip quietly to the other room. May your memories be the bringer of warm smiles and be as sweetly fragrant as a garden of flowers.

This makes me very sad. I’ve looked forward to FFF posts for a very long time. Hugs, and I hope the world calms for you soon, dear one.

So sad to hear about your aunt. I know how you feel I lost my favourite aunt a couple of years ago now but it still makes me sad to think of her but happy to know she is in a better safer place with no pain anymore. Please take comfort from that feeling. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this sad time. Hugs to you and Wolf.
